There is this old woman who lives on the same street as I do. She’s probably one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met. She always talks to everyone, and even gives out free cookies to anyone who comes to her house. Recently she had a problem with her air conditioner, but she couldn’t afford to get it fixed.
